Nothing to worry! We will still process it and ensure the best quality experience you know & love.
WHAT HAPPENS TO ALL OF MY ITEMS ON BORO?
Don’t worry, your inventory is safe with us! We still use the same logistics partners to ensure all of your items are taken care of. The difference is that, with this collaboration, we will be hosting your products physically out of our HQ. In return, we will be providing professional product photography, and new detailed descriptions on style & fit to increase the chances of your items being rented.
WHY ARE YOU SWITCHING OUT OF A PEER-TO-PEER MODEL?
We asked and listened. We understood that a peer-to-peer rental model is quite difficult and stressful depending on everyone's everchanging busy schedules. In an attempt to make the lending/renting experience as seamless as possible, we have found success in collecting your fashion pieces and managing it all for you -- hassle-free. Have more time to do what you love - not chasing orders.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ITEMS ARE IN MY CLOSET AND NOT WITH BORO ALREADY?
Email us firstname.lastname@example.org! We will provide you with a prepaid mailing label to ship your items to our new HQ and process all of your items. Want to wear your item? As long as it’s not being rented out, we will return your item within 24 hours.
IF BORO/REHEART IS HOLDING ONTO ALL MY ITEMS, WILL I STILL BE NOTIFIED OF EACH RENTAL?
Of course! Full transparency is a key priority of ours and you will always receive email notifications for when an item of yours is being rented out.
I'M A LENDER, DO I NEED TO DIGITALLY MOVE MY ITEMS OVER TO REHEART?
Nope! We have transitioned everything for you electronically. All we need is for you to ship out your items to our HQ. Email us at email@example.com for your free shipping.
WHAT IF I NO LONGER WANT TO BE PART OF BORO/REHEART?
